FAQs
How do I start working with a mentor coach?
The first step is to schedule a 30-minute conversation. We will talk about your goals, your current stage of development, and the kind of support you need. If it feels like the right fit, we will identify the best next step and get you started.
What is included in your mentor coaching?
Mentor coaching is a focused space for support, reflection, and growth as you deepen your skills and confidence as a coach. It is also focused on helping you work towards credentials or renew credentials. Together, we’ll look at your coaching presence, client conversations, core competencies, ethics, and the places where you may feel stuck or unsure. Reach out to book a call for our first conversation.
Do you work with international clients for mentor coaching?
Yes. I work with international clients virtually. If you are outside the U.S., we will confirm time zones and scheduling during your first call.
Do you offer executive leadership coaching services?
Yes. I offer executive leadership coaching for senior leaders navigating change, increased responsibility, and complex leadership demands. The coaching is confidential, reflective, and designed to help leaders navigate complexity with greater clarity and steadiness.
Are you a coach for leadership development, or is this only for executives?
I work with senior leaders and high-potential leaders who want to strengthen how they lead, communicate, and navigate complexity. While many of my clients are executives, the work is not limited to executive titles. We can use an initial conversation to clarify fit and goals.
Do you work virtually, in person, or both?
My coaching is offered virtually. Sessions are held online, which makes it possible to work together consistently regardless of location.
